Series Travel Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many hotel reservations can I make at one time?
A: You can make as many as you would like, but we ask you only reserve as many as
you need. Please do not over reserve because the number of ASANA special rate rooms
are limited at each hotel.
Q: What is the latest date I can make my hotel reservation?
A: The hotel cut off date is listed in Hotel Information. If all the rooms for
ASANA are reserved before this date, the website will show as SOLD OUT. Again,
please do NOT reserve rooms unless you are sure your team is definitely playing
in the Series.
Hotel room reservations are based on space and rate availability at each hotel.
Q: What if I make my reservation at a non-event hotel?
ASANA has chosen these select hotels which have offered low group room rates,
services and amenities. By using these hotels provides a benefit to ASANA to
help with tournament expenses. ASANA would appreciate your support by staying
at the designated event hotels.
Q: When is the latest I can cancel my room reservation if my plans change?
A: Each hotel will have an individual cancellation policy which varies between
24-48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please refer to individual
hotel information.
Q: Do I have to provide a deposit when I make my reservation?
A: You will be asked for a credit card to "guarantee" your reservation but you
will not be charged. Your credit card will only be charged if you "no show"
without canceling your reservation according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
Q: What happens if the hotels I want are sold out?
A: With the low group rates for ASANA, there are limited numbers of rooms
available at each hotel. For this reason, we are offering a variety of hotels
within close proximity to the fields. We will be managing the inventory on a
weekly basis and will communicate availability on this website on a regular basis.
