When reserving with the ASANA code you will receive 5% less the published internet rate with Enterprise. This
discount will apply to all sizes of available cars.
*To help ASANA, we ask Series 2008 participants to use Enterprise. Reserve your cars
prior to July 1st to get special early bird rates.
Air Travel
The Promotion Code you will need to give to your meeting attendees is A2988AT for use on www.AA.com.
Your attendees will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable eligible published air fare.
To make a discount reservation, please advise attendees to call our Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790
from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Promotion Code.
There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $15.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the
phone or $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport. This amount is subject to change.
At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage
discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.
